50 g margarine
50 g sugar
1 tbsp golden syrup
100 ml milk
1 egg
1 small mashed banana
150g self raising flour
Grease and line a loaf tin.
Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, syrup, milk and banana.
Fold in the flour.
Spoon into the tin and cook for 30 mins – approx.
Cool on a wire rack.
Oven temp:- 350f . 180c .gas 4 .
